Format comparison
The rules below are the ones SithVault's deck validator actually applies, so a deck this page calls legal is a deck the builder will accept.

Minimum deck sizes are the baseline. Some bases change them — the deck builder reads the base's own text and adjusts the target for you.
Premier rotation
Rotation removes whole sets from the Premier pool. It is not the same thing as a suspension, which removes a single card.
Premier keeps only the more recent sets legal, so the format stays small enough to learn and old staples stop defining it forever. Every card that rotates out of Premier is still fully legal in Eternal and Twin Suns — a rotated deck does not become waste paper, it changes format.

Suspended cards
Suspensions apply in Premier, Eternal, Twin Suns. Draft and Sealed are exempt by rule.
A suspension takes a single card out of one format from a given date, and can be lifted again later. The deck builder enforces the current list per format while you build. See the current suspended list.
