Terms of Use

SithVault is provided by Enzo Berther, Sonnenbergstrasse 12, 7205 Zizers, Switzerland, info@sithvault.com.SithVault is an unofficial fan tool and is not an official product of Lucasfilm Ltd., Fantasy Flight Games, or Asmodee.

No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or partnership with any official Star Wars: Unlimited rights holder is implied.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of SithVault. By accessing or using the service, you agree to use it only within these terms and applicable law. Different terms apply only if expressly agreed in writing.

SithVault provides digital tools for Star Wars: Unlimited, including card search, deckbuilding, local and account-synced deck storage, public deck publishing, public profiles, deck likes, meta information, decklist import/export, theme preferences, a personal collection tracker, booster opening, drafts and tournaments (online and for in-person play), optional browser push notifications, a contact form, and optional AI-assisted deck suggestions and a rules assistant.

Content is provided for information and personal use. Individual features may be changed, expanded, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

The app may only be used lawfully and within its intended functionality. Automated mass requests, bypassing security measures, misuse, disruption of operation, and actions that violate third-party rights are prohibited.

Users may not upload, publish, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, technically harmful, or spam-like content. The service may rate-limit, restrict, remove, or block activity that threatens stability, security, legal compliance, or fair community use.

Some features require a Clerk account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Account access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

Public usernames, profile bio text, and public decks can be visible to visitors. Do not publish personal information or content that you do not want to be public.

Decks can be stored in the user's browser and, for signed-in users, in the database for sync and account access. Users are responsible for exporting and backing up important decklists. Locally saved decks may be lost if browser data is deleted.

Public decks can be viewed by other users and visitors. Private saved decks are intended for the owning signed-in account, but no online service can guarantee absolute availability or data preservation.

Users are responsible for decks they publish, including deck names and card choices. Public deck visibility may be changed or removed if content is unlawful, abusive, misleading, technically harmful, or otherwise unsuitable for the service.

Likes and similar community interactions require login. Each user may like a deck only once. Manipulation of likes, fake engagement, automated voting, or abusive community behavior is prohibited.

By publishing a deck or profile bio, you grant SithVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service. You can remove public deck visibility through the app where the feature is available.

Hosts and participants are responsible for running drafts and tournaments fairly, for reporting accurate results, and for the display names they enter. If you add account-less local players for in-person play, you must use names they agree to and have their permission to list them. Participant names, pairings, and results are visible to other participants in the same event.

Manipulating results, impersonating other players, disrupting events, or entering content that violates these terms is prohibited. Tournaments and drafts that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed automatically, and events may be removed if they are abused.

SithVault only manages its own local and private event tools. Where an online match links out to Karabast or another third-party site, that site is a separate, independent service that is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by SithVault. Opening it copies your decklist to your clipboard and launches the external site in a new tab; play there is governed by that site's own terms. SithVault does not provide official organized-play support.

Booster opening, draft, and sealed features are simulations and practice tools provided for fun and for deckbuilding and event support. They are not official digital products, are not a substitute for purchasing or owning official products, and do not grant ownership of any digital or physical cards. They use approximate pull rates for simulation only and involve no real-money purchase of in-app card items.

The collection tracker lets you record cards you own. A "virtual collection" only reflects the results of these simulated booster openings and any set-completion or achievement stats derived from them; it is not a digital product and does not grant ownership of any digital or physical cards. Collection data is provided for personal tracking and may be reset or removed if the underlying card data or feature changes.

AI-generated deck suggestions, improvements, analyses, game plans, meta assessments, and Judge rules and card-interaction answers are non-binding suggestions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not compliant with game rules. Decklists and rules should be reviewed independently before tournament or other important use.

The Judge rules assistant is provided free of charge to signed-in users and its answers are not official rulings. For a binding or tournament-relevant ruling, consult a certified judge in person.

Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal data, or content you are not allowed to share to AI prompts or feedback fields. AI access may be rate-limited, changed, or disabled to control cost, abuse, or provider availability.

Some features, including AI features and premium themes, may require a paid plan or internal access grant. Prices, plan contents, renewal terms, and taxes are shown in the checkout or billing interface when offered. Payments and subscription management are handled through Clerk and its payment providers.

Unless stated otherwise during checkout or required by mandatory law, paid access is provided for the selected billing period and renews until cancelled through the available account or billing controls. Feature availability may depend on third-party providers and may change over time.

Card data, rules, meta information, images, and imported decklists may originate from or refer to third-party sources. No warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or legality of external content.

SWUDB imports retrieve public decklists from SWUDB based on the deck ID or URL entered by the user. Meta pages may use public tournament, standings, player-name, and decklist information from public sources.

Some use remains free of charge unless otherwise stated on the website. We aim to provide stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, rate limits, provider outages, and technical disruptions remain reserved.

Rights to the design, software, and own content of SithVaultremain with the provider or the respective rights holders. Star Wars: Unlimited, Star Wars, and related names, images, and terms are trademarks or copyrighted content of their respective rights holders. Any further use requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

Card names, card images, set symbols, aspect symbols, rules text, and other game-related references are used only to identify and discuss the game for fan deckbuilding and informational purposes.

SithVault respects intellectual-property rights. If you are a rights holder (or act on their behalf) and believe content shown here should be removed or changed, contact us at info@sithvault.com and we will review and act promptly.

We can quickly disable or remove disputed material — including card images, rules-assistant answers, the booster simulator, or specific data sources — while a request is reviewed.

Use is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, liability for direct and indirect damages is excluded. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

No warranty is given that deck validation, card data, meta data, imported decklists, public profiles, billing integrations, or AI features are uninterrupted, error-free, tournament-ready, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Information about personal data, service providers, cookies, local storage, analytics, AI processing, and user rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zizers, Switzerland, to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected. These terms may be updated with effect for the future. If any provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
