Rules
Each upgrade is returned to the upgrade’s owner’s hand. If you discard a card instead of paying this event’s cost, you ignore all costs, including all additional costs. If Bamboozle is played using Smuggle (for example, when a player has Tech in play), a player cannot discard a Y card from hand instead of paying the Smuggle cost, as Bamboozle's ability only can replace the event's printed cost.
