Rules

The chosen unit must have been defeated as a unit this phase in order to put it into play as a resource. Spark of Hope cannot return a unit that was defeated as a resource or discarded in some other way. A card put into play as a resource enters play exhausted. (ERRATA) Templating update: “Put into play as a resource” becomes “resource”.
