Attach to a non-Vehicle unit. Attached unit gains: “Action [Exhaust]: Choose an undamaged non-leader ground unit. Its printed HP is considered to be 1 for this phase.”

Rules

Printed HP refers to the number physically printed on the card. When a unit is chosen by Adventurer Sniper Rifle, its HP number is considered to be 1 for the phase. This number can then be modified by other abilities and upgrades attached to that unit. If multiple abilities or effects change the printed power or printed HP of a card, the most recent ability or effect to become active determines the card's printed values.
