Rules
You can use The Armorer's ability to play any card that can be played as an upgrade, including Pilots. You may use the upgrade you play using The Armorer's ability to help pay for its cost, since it’s still a resource while paying costs. Abilities that let you play a card require you to pay that card’s cost unless specified otherwise. When Attack Ends abilities trigger at the same time as units deal combat damage. The Armorer does not need to survive the attack in order for you to play an upgrade, though you can't play an upgrade on her if she is defeated. Resources enter play exhausted.
