If you use MagnaGuard Wing Leader's ability, you must attack with two droid units, if able. Units must be ready in order to attack. Fully resolve the first attack, including all triggers, before beginning the second attack. MagnaGuard Wing Leader's action ability cannot be used as an action if you can't attack with a Droid unit, as it would not change the game state. MagnaGuard Wing Leader's action ability can be used as an action even if you can't attack with a Droid unit, since making the ability no longer usable changes the game state.
